Today Living Turf and TurfKeeper Australia announced a joint venture for future development and distribution of TurfKeeper’s online turf business management software. Australian turf managers can now subscribe to TurfKeeper via either business and enjoy the same specialised activation and after sales support. TurfKeeper and Turf Forensics will coordinate future development to ensure that improvements to the respective products are aligned and optimised, to enhance the customer experience for customers of both software products.
Together, TurfKeeper and Turf Forensics represent a complete end to end, digital ‘whole of business solution’, with a market leading platform that addresses operational aspects of turf management as well as the science.
Daryl Sellar will join Living Turf as a consulting agronomist, product manager for TurfKeeper and custodian of Living Turf’s relationship with the South Australian market.
Daryl joins a rapidly expanding team of turf specialists at Living Turf and will work closely with Dr Henk Smith (Technical & Marketing Director).
“Joining Living Turf will better resource me to offer an efficient and comprehensive service to my Adelaide based clients, with technical back up that is difficult to find as a sole operator," Mr Sellar said.
“We have made great progress to date with TurfKeeper with our motto of ‘measure better, manage better’ increasingly resonating with turf managers around the country. Our new arrangement with Living Turf will see a widening of our distribution platform and allow us to have more one on one discussions with turf managers.
"We are convinced that broader acceptance and use of available technology will drive turf management operations and inform future high level decision making.”
Living Turf's Rob Cooper said the business was always trying to "better understand the needs of our customers"
"We developed Turf Forensics as a digital system to help interpret and manage the agronomic complexities of turf management. Now with TurfKeeper, our customers have a comprehensive software tool that I know can make them better business managers," Mr Cooper said.
